OUR MISSION

We Make Good Business Decisions More Accessible

OUR STORY

We Saw An Inefficiency Navigating New Markets When We Were Entrepreneurs

We Created a New Market Development Solution For Others To Use

We developed a way for a Founder to de-risk their market entry and expansion. This is something we'd have appreciated as entrepreneurs ourselves. By accessing expert knowledge earlier, leaders can build confidence and make better decisions. We also found more trust with external stakeholders.

Today, the world is more fragmented than it was five years ago. Budgets become more localized and competitive. An entrepreneur needs to fix key blindspots especially in new markets in order to get where they need to go.

Use Growth Signals & Expert Network

We bring an approach that enables a company to leverage their extended network and internal systems to fix their blindspots.

Industry leaders today want to stay on the cutting edge of their career and their business. We have connected hundreds of B2B companies with thousands of senior industry experts. Connect With Our CEO & Co-Founder

"There is so much human knowledge swirling around us every day. How to adapt to market signals and operate well - while also building relationships - are all part of the same equation. We're glad to be helping bridge that for B2B Founders, Consultancies, Industry Titans and Financial Stakeholders." - Christopher Mott

Christopher 'Che' Mott

CO-FOUNDER & CEO

Venture Cloud

Hi. I'm Chris, and like many of you, navigated my own startup journey. We eventually amassed over 10 million corporate users across numerous countries. But the path to success took longer than anticipated.

After moving to Europe from California, I worked with several B2B companies to build the US channels that led to useful metrics and exits.

And as a result of the exits, I experienced what it was like to lead BD at a thousand person Unicorn and later at a global tech behemoth with more than 100,000 employees.

In all cases, I was expected to jump in, and was usually in over my head navigating the market and deliver certain metrics to the business.

I saw how good results can be life changing, especially for the founders who put so much of their blood, sweat and tears into their businesses. So I began to codify ways I'd seen companies get remarkable outcomes from their efforts.

I learned that B2B leaders who use a structured approach like this when entering new markets will perform 3x better, based on our research.

Then came AI services.

My aim is to assist business leaders to surmount whatever new market obstacles they face with greater confidence.

The questions Founders ask will persist:

Is our team doing the right things?

How can we secure key clients with less effort?

What will motivate our investors to double down and how can we position ourselves for a good exit?

The ability to make good decisions often hinges on the 80/20 principle, and using intuition.

By joining us, you step into a world where data can be gathered from humans and systems, analyzed using generative AI and then shuttling insights between the extended team - employees, advisors, investors, even clients and prospects.

This is a great moment for building an successful B2B business, combining the best of human expertise with data science.

And for learning from your Peers be they people or the Co-Pilot applications which are already in play!

Best regards,

Chris
